The Brief

Create an extranet application for the online management of an existing database of over 2000 clients, over 3000 serviceable assets and almost 70,000 historical test results, delivering precise data on individual asset service and repair histories.

The Solution

An initial two month consultation and analysis phase allowed the findshorty developers to grasp the complex internal business systems of Mediquip, and to create detailed plans for the various development cycles that were needed to turn the concept of a paperless system into a reality.

What resulted is a powerful but extremely user friendly online application, which allows the team of Mediquip technicians to view summary or detailed information of any customer’s inventory, and full historical data on test results, services, repairs and collaborative notes for any customer, asset, service or repair.

The application also allows managers to assign upcoming service jobs or repairs to technicians in the field, track any job’s progress, transfer and manage stock and view detailed logs of any historical job.
