Since 2004, findshorty and our events management partner Furness & Associates Creative Communications, have built and maintained a large number of registration management websites for the wealth management division of a large Australian bank.

It is a testiment to our expertise and attention to detail that the bank continues to be one of our most loyal customers.

Our event management system, developed in-house over a number of years, allows the full automation of the registration process, including:

• Full integration with our email marketing package, Informed, allowing large mailing lists of up to 100,000 people to be invited to any event with a personalised email. Invitees can also receive automatically timed reminder emails.
• Event, Venue and Room capacities, with automatic closing of events or sessions once they have reached capacity.
• Colleague invitations, to full events and as substitutes for breakout sessions.
• Flight & travel options for overseas or special events.
• Dynamically generated multi-location agendas, with advanced session and speaker management, allowing different event locations to have any number of different sessions, times and speakers.
• Integrated Google Maps
• Wait-list management.
• Multiple export options, including:
  • full RSVP lists, with multiple event specific filtering options
  • consolidated reports
  • lists compatable with name tag software
• Many post-event options:
  • automatic CPD Point calculations and email confirmations
  • full screen event videos and galleries
