- Event, Venue and Room capacities, with automatic closing of events or sessions once they have reached capacity.
- Colleague invitations, to full events and as substitutes for breakout sessions.
- Flight & travel options for overseas or special events.
- Dynamically generated multi-location agendas, with advanced session and speaker management, allowing different event locations to have any number of different sessions, times and speakers.
- Integrated Google Maps
